TPA, TAA, TPP, TED CRUZ, JEFF SESSIONS AND YOU

STOP FIGHTING AGAINST PATRIOTS.

TPA, TAA, TPP, TED CRUZ, JEFF SESSIONS AND YOU

There is a lot of confusion about these acronyms; about what Jeff Sessions believed and what Ted Cruz voted for. But I hope you are able to see when I finish, why we should be careful in fighting our own about every thing we hear. Sometimes they will even differ in their understanding. I was ignorant about it up until a week or two ago, when I looked into the matter carefully.

First of all not one person up there understands more about international rulings and how they could affect US law. Here is why. Ted Cruz does. Cruz not only gave oral arguments in a most famous Heller case where he defended the 2nd amendment before the Supreme Court and won. There was a case that could be just as important. He fought the Medelin v Texas case as he explains in this video. It is the DEFINITIVE CASE against the UNITED NATIONS, The BUSH administration and the World Court in the Supreme Court of the USA and won. That ruling against all the above agreed with him, that no ruling or litigation of any international body changes or alters US law. They have no authority whatsoever in the USA. So he above all up in Washington, knows what he is saying. Now let’s look at the real issue....

Okay so you think it’s good to

1) Limit the 2/3 vote to 51%

2) Limit debate time FROM UNLIMITED TO 60 DAYS ONLY.

????

I guess Obama, Boehner, McConnell and Cruz make you feel safe???

Moreover, Mark Levin, Rush Limbaugh, Matt Drudge, Michael Savage, Breitbart, the Tea Party, WND, Senator Jeff Sessions ALL GOT IT WRONG????

LOL! Okay..... (S.M.H)

It is more important what the powers that be do than what a law says. They overthrow the law all the time by making up their own interpretations. Even if US law trumps international law, they would use international law and then win in liberal courts. Give them no crack in the door.

I admire Senator Sessions but trust Ted Cruz.

Credibility —

(1) Ted is the brightest candidate in the contest from either party

(2) Ted is a constitutional scholar

(3) Ted has a proven history of defending and protecting our country at the Supreme Court against foreign bodies who have tried to usurp our Constitution.

Senator Sessions is none of that.

Trust -

(1) Ted always tells the truth

(2) Ted is a man of his word — he has done precisely what he promised he would do when Texans elected him to the Senate.

Endorsements -

MARK STEYN Mark Steyn Says He “Likes Ted Cruz and Explains Why. “Because Ted Cruz isn’t interested in conceding ground to the left, but rather pulling them in his direction.”

TOM TANCREDO - Anti-Amnesty Hawk Tom Tancredo Endorses The Only Candidate He Trusts As Strong On Immigration, Ted Cruz
http://www.rickwells.us/anti-a...

JACK WELCH - About Ted Cruz: “Love him. He says what he is going to do and does it. He’s highly principled. He’s a guy you can trust.”

https://www.youtube.com/watch?...

Jack Welch is the author of Winning, a #1 Wall Street Journal and international bestseller. In 2001, he wrote his #1 New York Times and also international best-selling autobiography, Jack: Straight from the Gut.

He began his career with the General Electric Company in 1960, and in 1981 became the Company’s 8th Chairman and CEO. During his 20+ year tenure as CEO, the Company’s market capitalization rose from $13 billion to over $400 billion. In 2000, he was named “Manager of the Century”
by Fortune magazine.

-> Adam Corolla - “I love me some Ted Cruz”
http://www.washingtontimes.com...

Michelle Malin - “I think he most embodies the kind of founding father model of a conservative.” That’s what Michelle Malkin said about Ted Cruz on Fox News Radio.

Louie Gohmert - had a specifically pointed statement in the batch of endorsements.

“With a Ted Cruz Presidency, America will finally be respected around the world again as other nations will see a courageous and intellectual leader, NEVER wavering on principle, who stands by our allies leaving other countries afraid to be our enemy,” he wrote.

Shades of Obamacare.

This procedure should long ago have been challenged in the SCOTUS as illegitimate. It's done all the time in California.

PAY FOR TPP / TPA / T-TIP by raising taxes on small business

"It’s pretty outrageous what is called for in this bill that Congress is going to vote on Tuesday – it literally doubles and triples the taxes on small businesses,” explained Ellis.

Ellis spent hours researching this legislation and explained to Breitbart News how it could impact small business taxes if Congress passes the TAA during its vote on Tuesday.

“Small businesses that are already over-burdened with IRS paperwork will be penalized even further if they make a technical mistake on filing informational paperwork,” he said. “There’s a lot of dishonesty going on when the bill is described as raising the fines on tax violations. That’s dishonest because the fines aren’t for people who failed to pay their taxes, the fines are on businesses that for no fault of their own, they forget to fie a piece of paperwork telling the IRS how much someone else owes on their taxes.”

....”we can certainly wait until Obama is out of office before we sign on to another one of his crappy ideas”....

TPP won’t even be implemented until he’s out of office....it has many hoops to go thru......and remember that with TPA...it was Reid who killed that in the first place in 2009.

(1) I don’t consider Wikileaks a reliable source

(2) While TPA is available for viewing since May 22, 2015, and dispels all the Internet rumors and unsupported conjecture, TPP and other trade agreements are STILL BEING NEGOTIATED. Anything that Wikileaks is not only suspect but most likely outdated.

(3) Under TPA, you will have 60 days to read and react to any trade agreement including TPP. Why spread rumors when you will have an opportunity to review it and — like Cruz — decide on the final text?

I don’t vote for lawyers nor those indoctrinated by Harvard.

How many times have Harvard elites (like Obama etc) been scheming amongst their club of privilege to come up with ways to profit, while selling out our sovereignty, our rights, free speech, gun control, via free trade, amnesty to illegals, while they absurdly direct the propaganda and vile criticism of “privilege” at mid-West flyover country average white Christian Americans?

More Breitbart crap? Seriously?

This is what James Taranto said on his Best of the Web Today column entitled “Trade Secrets”

“Breitbart.com, which has been employing an unsubtle partisan epithet in campaigning against the effort”

In short, Breitbart writers Matthew Boyle and Alex Swoyer are not honest brokers of information. I know through internal contacts at Breitbart that Matthew Boyle is a Rand Paul supporter who shapes his articles to denigrate others while promoting Rand Paul.

Other than Sessions, none of the people you cite has read the TPP (still in progress).

Mark Levin’s former boss, Ed Meese, AG under Ronald Reagan favors TPA. This is important because Mark speaks of Ed Meese as his mentor and someone he defers to to this day.

A story is a "yarn". Here is a yarn to contemplate...

Trans-Pacific Partnership: Summary of U.S. Objectives
A “yarn forward” rule of origin, which requires that textile and apparel products be made using U.S. or other TPP country yarns and fabrics to qualify for the benefits of the agreement, so as to ensure that non-qualifying textiles and apparel from non-TPP countries do not enjoy the benefits reserved for TPP countries;

No guarantees for American yarn makers. The Aussies will love it with all of those sheep.

Not getting it done is just fine with me.

We have no need to further open our markets to the Chinese and the rest of the Pacific Rim. They can pound sand. The only agreement we should enter into is one opening their markets to us or we should be reapplying heavy tariffs and closing our market to ALL their goods until we reach a more equitable trade balance and one that doesn’t include our market being a majority of their GDP.

As for Trump. He couldn’t do any worse for the American public than the negotiators we already employ. I wouldn’t mind putting him in charge of a new TPP After Cruz or Walker become POTUS.

Until then. We are in no need of further trade agreements with anybody! We are also in no need of giving Obama any legislative victories. The Republicans have rolled over for him enough.

Ted Cruz not only attended Princeton and Harvard Law School, he excelled at both while defending his conservative principles.
