I will just point out that China is so much the un-named elephant in the room, because AMERICAN COMPANIES, are all sold out and buying everything from China. Just last year we set (yet another) in a long line of ever-increasing trade deficits with China, we are now at 342 billion last year, and it’s still growing.
That is the big problem.
We don’t need more free trade agreements, we need to bring businesses back to America.
Multinational corporations are running the USA and have the politicians in their pocket.
That’s why the current Congress needs to be fired wholesale.
These SOB’s will never reform themselves, change will have to be forced from outside.
No member of Congress should be allowed to serve more than one term.
No lifetime appointments for the Judiciary either, 6 years and your out.
No federal pensions or employee unions.
The WASHINGTONIANS have sold the citizens of this country down the river.

Exactly. Ted needs to come out saying this, and attacking hyper-regulation and excess taxes and the importation of foreign workers. America needs to rebuild its own manufacturing base. Nothing else will do.

I agree. If we ever do another trade agreement it should not be one negotiated in secret by Obama. I think Cruz is wrong all the way around on this issue. There is no reason a deal can’t wait until we have a president who is pro-America.
