Why it's so hard for conservatives to unify behind one candidate

Because conservatives want to split voters and clear the path for single RINO running...McCain in 2008, Romney in 2012 and Jeb in 2016.

I guess because we aren’t a bunch of dumb-arsed Communist MFers who are spoon fed who to vote for, what to think, and how to act by serial killers living in castles.

And we open the door for one of those you detest to have a second term in the WH even though there was zero doubt about what he would continue and escalate. Somewhere along the line, we need to either get behind somemone or get ready to whine about how "they" made it too hard for us to do anything that made sense.

I think there are instigators who stir the pot.

And there are others who hand the pot over to the Left, but they rename "stirring the pot" to "finding every last possible fault to insure we have no one worthy of our vote".

Just sayin' - it works both ways and we do manage to end up with the worst of both worlds when all is said and done.

My point is its a full time job sorting out the impostors from the real things because they are all running around calling themselves conservatives.

Lots of so-called 'conservatives' are just liars and are not conservative at all.

That's why it is so important to have a set of principles to go by, so that clearing out the imposters is easy.

I have no problem deciding quickly who is really a conservative and who isn't.

I also know who I'll vote, volunteer, and send money to.
