I don't care who the candidate is, there is no way I vote for someone for President who has never held any elected office.

The presidency requires someone who doesn't need training wheels.

And a note to Dr. Carson:

We love you out here, doc. Really and truly. But politics ain’t brain surgery.

No, it calls for a completely different skill set — a set that you obviously haven’t yet acquired.

Therefore, I think you oughta go back and run for something like Mayor of your adopted hometown Baltimore, or Mayor of your native city Detroit. Then we can take another look at your qualifications.
