First he had the Koch endorsement. Then he didn't. Why? A Glenn Beck interview where Walker moved wackier than Cruz.
According to a number of well-respected journalists, the Koch brothers are putting their heft and muscle behind Scott Walker for president. Or maybe not. It depends on whom you ask.
First, lets acknowledge once again that the Great Whitebread Hope from Wisconsin seems to have everyone in the political establishment mesmerized by his alleged strategic and tactical brilliance. Sure, he makes epic gaffes over and over again, but that cannot take anything away from the fact that he barely won a recall election and two swing-state elections in years in which Republicans ran the table. Why this is considered political genius remains a question for the ages. However, there can be no doubt that much of the Republican base loves him and much of the Democratic commentariat sees him as a very serious threat.

Sorry if I gave that impression. Of course cruz is on the conservative side. Thanks.
“... he makes epic gaffes over and over again...”
Epic gaffes? Epic?
Over and over again?

it goes to prove that they truly believe nobody on the right can win without the brothers blessing. Crazy how they end up believing their own propaganda.
It's a hit piece.
A bunch of liberals HOPING that Walker lost the Koch brothers because they fear Walker more than anyone, even Cruz.
They wrongly think Cruz is easy to defeat.
But Walker has not been defeated despite everything the left has thrown at him....and that scares them.
Nope, however watching a human froth at the mouth in a literary sense can be entertaining on occasion.
The question being whether the Koches personal views on abortion and same sex marriage matter if they don’t advocate for them and make donation decisions solely based on fiscal conservatism.
Or not.
We should really acknowlege that Salon has two audiences:
1. Nutjob Progressive true believers who love what they write
2. Conservatives who love to hate what they write
So, basically, they’re clickbait.
The leaders of the Democrat and Republican parties are further to the right than the Koch brothers on many issues that SHOULD be important to conservatives.
Wha no BARF alert?
