The one likely thing about an attack on Hillary is the one thing he does not mention: the likelihood that it is orchestrated from the current administration. There is no love lost between the Obamas and the Clintons.

Clown Car - what does he mean? I think of a clown car at the circus, whereby the clowns try to get 20 people into something smaller than a volkswagen bug. Or does he mean one of those little cushmanns used to pick up trash. Or is it a a Honda monkey bike (sometimes referred to as a clown car!)
