Not just once but with two shots, at night and in rapid succession. I was thinking the same thing. Your average gang banger probably does not get enough range time to pull that off.
gang bangers are not single shooters.
They are spray and prayers...
They spray the area with bullets and hope they hit the target.
This shooter, regardless of color is a good shot.
To bad they are playing for the loosing side.
