Jeb knows this, so if Jeb is still a significant factor in the race a year from now, he will ask Scott to consider running as his Vice President, and Scotty will say yes.
That’s what I would do if I were Bush. I’d ask Walker to be my VP. I had a nightmare about that. I think he’d say yes as well.

Turn in all my cowboy boots and wear nothing but Birkenstocks with socks
Pull for those comm-a-nist, blue-scumbelly Tarholes from UNC
Sell my family members to be used for medical experiments in North Korea
Accept Allah and start blowing the sh*t out of everything…including my favorite gun range

I would hope that Scott Walder would not sigh on to be JB’s VP. Neither would make it to Washington. Walker as candidate would win. Bush can only lose. Conservatives won’t take the VP bait again. To vote for Bush because of VP Walker we would have to hope the dice comes up box cars and the President has an early heart attack. That is a weak read on which to hang a huge weight.
