I am afraid that she could be the Obama of 2008. A lot of sound and fury signifying nothing but getting elected President anyway.
Obama was elected despite being utterly unqualified for the job because he is black (actually 1/2 black). Warren could get elected despite being utterly unqualified for the job because she is a woman (and possibly 1/128 Indian).
