Yup, and if Sarah Palin accompanies him at his stump speeches, it certainly isn't going to hurt.

Cruz is thoughtful and eloquent enough to speak on his own. He doesn't need Palin as second banana.

1. Is he elgible?

Yes.

2. Will he pull in the Hispanic vote?

He will pull in the patriot vote, regardless of ethnicity.

A Cruz presidency may not be able to undo all this, but he sure could become a pain in the butt and expose these monsters to the American people.

Cruz can get evangelical America to wake up and vote for him, something RATS have never and will never be able to do.

You know the scene in Ironman where Tony rips that electrical harness out of Jeff Bridges’ suit saying ‘hey, THIS looks important!’: that’s what Ted is chomping at the bit to do, rip off all the short-circuits the Marxist RATS have soldered onto our Constitution in order to defeat it.

Also, he’ll pull 50% of the Hispanic vote (pulled 40% in ‘12), and I don’t think Holder’s people are going to be lining up to cast votes for Fauxcahontas.

Your comment doesn’t make sense.
I never mentioned exit polls and did not reference or consult them.

My point was that Palin helped McCain, but he squashed her ideas so he could lose.

If he would have been a conservative he would have embraced her Tea Party/Conservative policies and ideas and could have won election.

But that was never his purpose, his GOPe handlers wanted Obama for president so they would appear black friendly and be a part of history.

Same thing they will do if the dems run a woman for President and the GOPe doesn’t.

Just how ready and prepared Palin and her ideas were in 2008 is something to discuss, as is just how much McCain really wanted to win, but after the bottom fell out of the economy no Republican could have won.

There was no magic Palin pill or bullet that would have pulled McCain over the top when people were worried about losing their jobs and savings and blamed the crisis on Bush.

Only “proof” I ever saw was the exit polls.

I think it is insanity to pick a candidate for PC reasons. I knew we were finished when McCain did that. Immediately. Everyone thought I was nuts. We’ll probably make the same mistake again.

I’ve been accused of not liking attractive women candidates. Wrong. I didn’t want Palin because she would drag the ticket down and I knew Wendy Long would lose too.

Look what the Maestro Bill Clinton did. He picked a white southern male. Twinsy. Against all received wisdom about balancing the ticket. And he was right, because it said to the voters “I’m so great you can have two of me.” The exact opposite of what the stoopid GOP is determined to do.
