See the red in California in the Rep map above, that is the real California, Conservatives in most of the state stuck with Libs in the big cities on the coast

As a native Californian, I know it all too well. We see the same political effect all over the country.

Fortunately, here in Texas, the liberal cities aren't yet populated enough to overwhelm the outlying conservative counties.
