What does that mean? Also, judges can be impeached.... We should not give cowards who fail to fight for themselves any excuses.
I believe that only applies to the GOP national committee. They lost a federal 1980 something court case and part of the judgment against the NRC was a prohibition against such lawsuits. Apparently a senile old judge comes out of retirement ever so often when the decree is about to expire and signs an order extending the settlement.
This is what I’m talking about, the GOP cannot bring suit against ANY vote fraud. Period. This is still in force.
