If the planets align and there’s not a stronger candidate in the running, yes, I agree she could eke out a win in a divided primary.

Yeah, I think the republican that the primary voters like the best, could “eke out” a win also.

A Governor who consistently had mid 80s approval and a high of 93%, and who almost dragged McCain across the finish line, is a pretty good campaigner.

“The best liked person we tested on this poll with Republican primary voters is actually Sarah Palin who has a 70/20 favorability rating.”
