You are being more than a bit dishonest in your characterization of the Ohio law. Every eligible Ohio voter DOES have the opportunity to vote early. The cut-off date for early voting is the Friday (this year, November 2) before Election Day. Ohio law currently permits military early voting to proceed through the weekend, i.e., they may vote on the Saturday, Sunday, and Monday immediately preceeding the election, in effect giving them three 'extra' days. Dohbama's flying monkeys are suing to prevent that allotment of additional time granted to the military.

Perhaps I could have been more clear. The fact remains that certain citizens are not afforded the same opportunity to vote as others. Again, this applies to in-person voting and not to people deployed far from home voting absentee.
