One part of this manual need to come true. All good Christians, Jews, and other "infidels" do need to make war on Islam. Military action may not be enough. These people make war on non-Islamic majorities wherever they can, as witnessed by the train burning in India. I'm beginning to think that only a terrible retribution will stem Islam.
If relatively moderate Islam is unwilling to condemn and restrain radical Islam, then a terrible fate will befall them both.
Islam has been hijacked and is on a collision course with the West. We will win, the only question being at the cost of how many of our and their lives. The Palestinians being an example of widespread Islamic support for barbaric, nihilistic terrorism, I have little hope for avoiding mass death.
If it comes to massive carnage, let's be sure it befalls them.
