Wasn't Dr. Peerwani the one who mishandled the corpses from Waco?

His pants and underwear were around his left ankle. Don't tell me there's even more sick things to this story. To go with the if the races were reversed theme, this one item above would have started riots in that city.
Several years ago, there was a young girl killed during a gang shooting. After her funeral, there was a note left on her grave that said "Sorry I killed you ded". Police never found out who left it. Thanks to liberalism, saying sorry is now sufficient punishment for murder.

The cooler failed weeks after Medical Examiner Nizam Peerwani had performed autopsies on members of the religious sect Right.

WACO: INTERVIEW EXCERPTS: Dr. Nizam Peerwani "So I can tell you that we didn't detect any propellants or any of the CS gas in the bodies. We did not attribute CS gas as a cause of death in any of those cases."

Dr. Peerwani was the medical examiner in Tarrant County, Texas, who ruled that the death of McDougal, Bill Clinton's partner in Whitewater, died of natural causes at a Federal prison in Fort Worth. He was also the person whose office mishandled and probably misidentified the causes of death of the Branch Davidian members. (Waco is 85 miles south of Fort Worth, but less populated Texas counties turn over autopsies to larger counties that have a medical examiner's office.)
I don't know what impact his past deeds have on this murder, but it appears Dr. Peerwani is very attuned to the political winds.

Are these the innocent acts of a poor confused individual? The use of controled substances
Driving under the use of controled substances
Driving under the influence of Alcohol
Running down a pedestrian
Leaving the scene of the accident
Kidnapping
Failing to seek medical attention for the victim
Criminal Negligence
Murder
Conspiracy to avoid prosecution
Obstruction of Justice
Senator Kennedy, your comments please???

If I "refused" to do my civic duty, I wouldn't want to tell anyone about it.

Unfortunately hate crimes do not apply when it is a white man that was killed. Move along nothing to see here.

What she did to the white man, and how he suffered was every bit as bad as the "hate crime" against Byrd in Jasper -- will it become as infamous? No.

Mallard, as in duck,
DEAD duck!
To: lonestar
I do think this story will have some legs. Mostly, because it is just so horrific.
As big as Jasper, no, of course not--a white person died.
But it will last for awhile, I predict.

Two things amaze me:
1) someone came forward (and is probably still living in the same neighborhood in terror). And,
2) Anyone would release Mallard on any amount of bail - particularly a low bail such as in this instance.
My bet is that she is already on her way to some far away big city where she can get lost and "start her life over again..." (poor thing).

Gosh ...

I think Jasper would be a good place to have her "hate crime" trial.
To: flamefront
"Shantae (sic) stated that ? she hit this white man with her car. Maranda advised that Shantae giggled when she said 'I hit this white man,'"
Did Maranda, the person that apparently led the police to Shantay, come forward of her own freewill?

I think the coroner said that it took a couple of days for Biggs to die. That poor man. I think the lawyer is trying to drum up sympathy for his client by saying it "only" took a couple of hours for him to die. I cannot believe the lack of humanity in this case by the defendant or her lawyer.

Abso#$@+inglutely, this is a hate crime!
"She was simply a frightened, emotionally distraught young woman who had an accident, panicked and made a wrong choice." BS!!!! She, her boyfriend, and his brother are racist pigs!! They should all should be charged with a hate crime.
Does this remind anyone else of the Texas truck dragging murder? Let's see if the NAACP has an ad campaign about this racist road kill.
