Riiiiiight! Who would believe a Clinton staffer ? Typical Clintonian spin. I'm sure it is true that since 9-11 the mail has been "..handled differently" since 9-11. However, I believe I read about this Office Policy prior to 9-11.

Well I agree with you on the first part, but can't comment on the second. That part wasn't reported to my knowledge.
