Fox reported it like it happened, but CNN and the other media are just saying he was killed. Do I have that right?

Fox reported it like it happened, but CNN and the other media are just saying he was killed. Do I have that right?

On MSNBC they just said that Pearl was killed 'brutally' and they hinted towards decapitation but didn't exactly say it.
