News Desk adds: Sources said the video tape received by the US Consulate a few days ago showed Pearl interviewing some one when an unidentified person pulled his head back from the hair and severed his head with a knife. The consulate was trying to establish veracity of the tape for the last few days. at the end if this story..HERE

Turning the other cheek is a sign of faith! If Christianity is based on the truth that Jesus is the Son of God and will return to rule forever then how can anything spell the doom of christianity? If however you believe christianity can be destroyed then you really have no need of it, indeed you make it that it has need of you.
Jesus died on a cross, why didn't He struggle and fight and resist His 'doom'?
They already have ... very few have publicly spoken out against the terrorists. The silent Muslim majority "are with the terrorists." There is no other conclusion to be drawn form that loud silence.

There's no need to stretch ... Islam is not a religion - it is a cult. (Religions do not advocate the murder of innocents; cults do.) So you have no need to think well of Islam.
I'm sure the family of Daniel Pearl will gain great comfort as you describe his murder in terms of slaughtering an animal.
You're so right, TA. SO right. I made the mistake of looking at that clip the last time someone linked it in a thread.............and I sincerely wish that I hadn't. I readily admit that the horrible brutality of it brought tears to my eyes. I cannot shake that imagery, no matter how I try.
To think that this poor guy suffered the same horrific fate is just....................beyond the pale.

So we have to do what we know is right. We don't hand out the death penalty lightly, no matter what the loonies on the anti-Capital Punishment fringe might think. In the end, it may be kinder to kill them than what's in store for them.
But whatever we will do, it will NOT be in retaliation for Daniel Pearl. We don't play that way, and that's why we're better than "they" are.
Their societies are backwards because they are Muslims. Arab Christians and Arab Muslims come from the same country but there is a world of difference between the groups. The Middle East had a more advanced culture until Islam stopped and reversed progress.
Commentary on the Pearl Murder is quite extensive on most forums but not on the DUmmy forum. And my guess is that they have been removing those threads for the reason stated above.
As horrible as that video is, I think it's important for people to see it, to see what kind of people are moving into our country, to see what is going on in other parts of the world and to see the truth about that religion --at least the Arab Wahabbi sect of it which has many followers.
A lot of Freepers may think that this gruesome murder of Mr Pearl is a random act of violence by a rare psycho.
It was not a random act of violence. These people are connected over there, in the Middle East and with their allies here in America.
They all have the same goal. To kill all Americans and Israelis!
But I believe you. These people are so deluded that their own people are asmed of them. How can they possibly blame Bush for that? The smoking of pot really got to them I guess.
They want to kill every American/Israeli regardless of sex, religion or lack of religion!
When the rest of America wakes ups and figures this out, we might just survive this.
