I can't see Bush signing this monster.

Well, that's not what the smart money says. Most insiders believe he will sign it and depend on the Supreme Court to overturn it. If so, he's a coward. I hope he's not.

We all think it can't happen here. Liberty is so rare in the history of mankind. We're been extraordinarily lucky to have preserved our freedom as long as we have. Maybe we've taken it for granted that we don't realize just how much we're in danger of losing it. Let's roll --- and redouble our efforts to get the Valentine's Day assault on the First Amendment defeated.

You should try thinking before making statements like that one.

The Bill is clearly unconstitutional, a presidential veto only temporarily holds the bill back, it can come back again, and again.

A passed law that's declared unconstitutional is dead forever.

Now I ask you, which of the two is the best scenario for the American people?
