Badabing!
I am in favor of going after the illegals, but will it stop there?
They are illegal. They shouldn't be in this country. Every nation has a right to maintain its own borders. What is so difficult to understand about this?
NEWSFLASH: Democrats lose 314,000 votes from the last election cycle, maybe even 628,000.
This initiative will have a massive positive effect on reducing the voter fraud conducted by the RATs. Just think how unsuccessful they'll be trying to get illegals to vote. You think they're gonna risk arrest for a carton of cigarettes?
Nations don't have rights, only powers. Our government wields it's powers with the consent of the governed. It is the delegated proxy for the nation. Considering how much power is concentrated in the federal government, it's correct to be paranoid over it's misuse.
The socialists and democrats are usually not concerned at all.

And why is it so hard to understand my question? Who's the dimbulb here?
Huh? I wasn't accusing anyone of being a "dimbulb". I would also suggest avoiding personal insults. My point is that everything that is being done is perfectly consistent with maintaining the borders of this country. Do have some evidence that "they" will be going after other groups? What other groups?
What is being done is consistent with the laws of this country. I'm not sure even what your question means, since prima facie it sounds like a strange paranoid rant. Presumably this is not the case, so essentially my point was to emphasize that what is being done is perfectly within the limits of the law.
If you have archival privileges, you can peruse a couple of Feb. 3rd articles in the Houston Chronicle about Mexican-American and more general "Hispanic" voting in Texas. It's pretty obvious that the Texas Mexican Democrats fully intend to get all 30 million illegal Mexicans and Central Americans in the country into the voting booth. And, unfortunately, Dubya has cast in his lot with them. His calculus is that all he needs is a good plurality-split of the Chicano vote, to produce a GOP win. So he tends to look benignly on massive illegal immigration and document/voter fraud.
But don't believe me, read the articles and read between the lines. The authors, by the way, are closet Aztlanists.
