HANNITY: Welcome back to HANNITY & COLMES. I'm Sean Hannity.

But first, has Jesse Jackson gone too far once again? Monday is the third annual National Day of Repudiation of Jesse Jackson. It's sponsored by the Brotherhood Organization of a New Destiny, or the group BOND. Joining us now, the founder of BOND, Reverend Jesse Lee Peterson.
Before you go into that, Jesse, you filed a lawsuit against the Reverend Jackson today. And you told me earlier today that if anything happens to you, you want me to take a copy of the tape to the authorities, because you think, if anything happens to you, you want the authorities to look at Reverend Jackson.
REV. JESSE LEE PETERSON, BOND: Absolutely. Sean, thanks having me on.
HANNITY: Welcome back.
PETERSON: I can't get into the legal aspects of the case, because my attorney, Larry Klayman, is not here.
But I can tell you that, over the last 12 years, Sean, I've been called nigger, Uncle Tom. I've had guns drawn on me. But my experience with Jesse Jackson and his friends, his associates on December 10 was something that I will never forget. And for the first time I had a real threat -- I mean, fear for my life.
And I want to even make the statement here, if anything should happen to me -- Sean, you are a friend of mine -- I urge you to turn this tape over to the authorities and ask them to look at Jesse Jackson, his friends or associates, to arrest them before they do anyone else, because I am concerned for my life.
HANNITY: Jesse, do you really believe that the Reverend Jackson would have you killed?
PETERSON: Well, you know, Sean, after what happened on December 10, I would not personally put it past him. I don't think that he would do it himself. But I would not put it past him that he wouldn't encourage someone else to do it.
My civil rights were attacked. I was emotionally attacked physically attacked by Jonathan Jackson, Jesse Jackson's son, And Judge Greg Mathis emotionally attacked me by taunting me and making comments that was encouraging hostility that I never experienced before.
HANNITY: Why don't we set up exactly what went on here. You knew that Jesse Jackson was addressing a specific group involved with Toyota.
PETERSON: Yes.
HANNITY: And you went there hoping for the opportunity to confront him, I assume, or at least address him.
PETERSON: Yes.
HANNITY: Tell us what happened.
PETERSON: Well, not necessarily to address Jesse Jackson. I wanted to connect with the representative from Toyota, because I have a nonprofit organization. And we have a home for boys that are coming out of juvenile detention centers.
Toyota is giving $700 million, by way of Jesse Jackson, to the black community this year -- this year. And I went there. And during the question-and-answer period, I said to Irvin Miller of Toyota, I told him my name and about my organization and the boys that we're working with. And I explained to him that we are a conservative organization. I am a Republican. And we don't agree with anything that Jesse Jackson is about.
And I asked Mr. Miller, could we go directly to him rather than having to go through Jesse Jackson? And when I said that, all hell broke loose. Carl Dickerson, who is a black man, he -- a friend of Jesse Jackson, called me stupid, telling me to sit down. Judge Mathis screamed from across the room, "You've been watching too much TV, too much 'O'Reilly.'"
It was worse than a Klan meeting.
COLMES: Reverend, you've been...
(CROSSTALK)
PETERSON: Hi, Alan.
COLMES: ... on this program many times. It's nice to see you once again.
PETERSON: Yes.
COLMES: You have spent year after year having this Day of Repudiation for Jesse Jackson. You've had a war of words. I don't condone any physical violence, I don't have evidence that anyone is trying to do you any bodily harm. And I hope they would never do that.
PETERSON: You should have been there, Alan.
COLMES: You have been attacking Jesse Jackson year after year. Let me put up on the screen a Toyota ad that Jesse Jackson repudiated a couple of years ago when it came out. And it shows -- let me put it up on the screen right now -- an African-American with something embossed on his tooth, which is a black stereotype. He also went after a tag line in a "Jet" magazine ad about the Toyota Corolla, where they said, "Unlike your last boyfriend, it goes to work in the morning."
He's been at the forefront to get Toyota to reverse these kinds of ads for years. Where have you been?
PETERSON: Well, the one thing I want to disagree with you about, we have never attacked Jesse Jackson personally. What we're doing at BOND is exposing what the so-called civil rights leaders are about. They're using black Americans for their own personal gain by giving them the impression that they can't make it due to racism. I have to tell you, Alan, not all, but most blacks are suffering not due to racism, but the lack of moral character.
We need to rebuild the family. We need to put fathers and mothers back. We need to educate our children and then they will have a good life. Jesse Jackson...
COLMES: We all agree with that. We all agree with everything you just said in terms of what we want to do for the disempowered. But let me get back to this issue of Jesse Jackson, what he's done for Toyota, what he's done for other companies, where he's empowered African-Americans. And you're now saying: You know what? I want a piece of that pie, too.
You're trying to palm on to some of the money he's gotten, right?
PETERSON: Alan, he has empowered his friends. He has not empowered black Americans, and especially if they are black conservatives. Jesse Jackson called black conservatives parasites. He said at that meeting that every time you shake the tree and the fruits fall to the ground that

HANNITY: Hey, Jesse, we have that tape. We can play it, just exactly what you said. Why don't we replay that now and then let our audience hear it for themselves?

JESSE JACKSON, RAINBOW/PUSH: The issue is not conservatives or liberals. The issue is some parasites who want to pick up apples from trees they didn't shake.

COLMES: Reverend Peterson, the fact of the matter is that you're coming along after Jesse Jackson started this Toyota deal a couple of years ago. He got Toyota to agree to spend more than $700 million in minority outreach programs. Now you come along you and say: You know what? I want some of that money, too.
So what's wrong with what he said? Where is that inaccurate?
PETERSON: Well, Alan, we have never received one penny from the government, nor have we tried to receive one. There are many boys and girls, black and white, who need help. They don't have families. They're coming out of juvenile detention centers. And Toyota has made a promise to help the inner cities, not just Jesse Jackson.
COLMES: You haven't answered my question, Reverend.
PETERSON: Jesse Jackson introduced this trade bureau. And he clearly indicated that, if you don't join his organization for $250 to $2,500 a year, you're not going to get any help. We're not going to join his organization. So we've gone to Toyota to receive help. If they're going to help, they should help everybody.
HANNITY: We're going to have to end it right there. You have your Day of Repudiation of Jackson --
PETERSON: On Monday. On Monday, Dr. King's birthday.

Q If you would take the question. The Reverend Jesse Lee Peterson of Los Angeles, in his lawsuit just filed against the Reverend Jesse Jackson, notes that Jackson has implied that it is "necessary for business to pay from $250 to $2,500 annually to Mr. Jackson's international trade
bureau in order to have a reasonable chance of participating in Toyota's $700 million worth of minority contracts," which is a statement that Toyota firmly denies. And my question -- since the President is, by the Constitution, the nation's chief law enforcer, why isn't Jesse Jackson at least investigated for this and for spending tax-exempt contributions on his mistress, for which the white man who did that remains in federal prison? What about that, Ari?
