December 22, 2001 -- WASHINGTON - The FBI was warned in August by a Minnesota flight instructor that Zacarias Moussaoui, the suspected "20th hijacker," might have been planning to use a jetliner as a weapon, a newspaper reports.

"Do you realize how serious this is? The man wants training on a 747. A 747, fully loaded with fuel, could be used as a weapon," the flight instructor is quoted by the Minneapolis Star Tribune as telling the FBI.

David Schippers represents several FBI agents who state that they are not being permitted to arrest certain terrorists. The agents and Jayna Davis had knowledge of the 9/11 attacks on Manhattan, prior to the attack, and attempted to provide that information to Attorney General John Ashcroft, but were unable to get past staffers and Ashcroft did not return calls to Schippers. Currently, David Schippers wants to make this information available to members of Congress. However, the Justice Dept. would not permit them to testify about what they know.

There is a lawsuit about this pending against the DOJ and FBI by an active FBI agent being represented by Schippers and Judicial Watch.
