The holocaust apparently didn't satisfy some Americans, who would like to join Osama bin Laden and Yasser Arafat, along with most of the League of Arab Nations, in totally destroying Israel and the Jewish people around the world.
Surely these people do not represent any part of the true Christian faith, if they have any religion at all. Nor should they be considered representative of America, or the American way of thinking about liberty and justice for all. Just as the Ku Klux Klan is not representative of the Christian faith or the foundational documents of our nation, that all men are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights, neither are the neo-Nazis representative of America.
What else can I call people who blaspheme the Jewish people? It is a Nazi mindset, bigoted, racist, ugly, mean-spirited and the worst of American society.
It is disheartening to see that some Americans still live in the Middle Ages. Technology has no effect on the human heart, only G-d can change the heart and soul of man born in sin and nurtured in hate and rebellion.
If anyone wishes to know why there is no peace on earth, as good an explanation I can give is, look at some of my emails from people with extreme views, filled with hatred and prejudice, vicious in their opinions of people who have done absolutely nothing to them. Why?
These people have long been an embarrassment to America.
Now, America is becoming an embarrassment to itself. We are de facto a police state operating outside our constitutional boundaries with an abrogated Bill of Rights. Those of us who dare say so are probably not going to be able to say so much longer without being whisked away in the middle of the night or even in broad daylight.
If America was a liberal, hedonist, sex-soaked, G-d-rejecting pit from Hell during the Clinton years, in less than ten months under a purported Christian moderate conservative it has become a police state. No wonder people are confused. No wonder people are frightened. The citizens who helplessly watched as government ran wildly out of control are now confronted with new governmental powers that are putting the final stroke of the pen to the writ of execution of a free nation.
In the name of a war on terrorism.
It is amazing, in a way, that more people don't hate Christians for what has been done in the name of Jesus Christ while operating under the radar to promote everything the Gospel condemns.
Apparently the novel experiment of freedom, with liberty and justice for all, has terminated. Class is over, everyone failed, and dictatorship returns triumphant. If Islam lives in the Middle Ages socially and legally as well as religiously, American thought apparently lives in the medieval darkness spiritually and intellectually.
We cannot long continue the pretense of being the light of the free world when our government is preparing to enslave its own people. Further, the Bible-believing Christians will be targeted as viciously as the Jewish people for extermination. This world system has been at war with G-d for a long, long time, the entire length of human history. And for such sin, it will stand judgment in the day when all the world is judged righteously.
I came from a deep South heritage, even though I was born in California. Both parents were southerners. My dad was a fourth generation Louisianan and he held to the traditional racism of his heritage, one I had to overcome because it had been all around me in the home. And no, my parents weren't Christians. I am. My mother came to faith late in life, after I made my profession of faith. I've put years and years of Bible study into my life and in understanding my faith. I see a great discrepancy between what is loosely called "Christianity" and what it is according to the Bible.
We haven't had revival in this nation for decades. We're no longer a free people. There may be a correlation there. I have no "revelation" on this, just connecting the dots, particularly from 1963 to the present time.
To me, Islam is a political and religious system, very legalistic, with some parts on the fanatical edge. But people in America have (or had) a right to believe as they wish and accept the outcome of their faith, as long as they do not infringe on the rights of others to do likewise. That is the foundational basis of our nation.
At least it was until we became a police state approximately one month after the atrocity of September 11th. What united some in compassion and seeking faith has had no effect on others, who remain adamant in their bigotry and hatred.
Anti-Semitism, or any racism, will only justify whatever actions the state wishes to take against citizens who have now lost their freedoms. Our sin has ensnared us, and our government has taken us captive.
Perhaps this is truly Infinite Justice at work ... the kind of Infinite Justice no man brings about, no government sustains. And perhaps those who see divine judgment at work in America's woes see more than the eye alone captures. In Amos 4:12, when Israel's people had defied G-d's commands, the prophet was given these words: Prepare to meet thy G-d.
Perhaps we could say that to America today?
Every accusation about transfer of American advanced technology that has been formally investigated has come up clearing Israel of any illegal activity.
Its very easy to make accusations based on the fertile imagination of some newspaper reporter or leaks from un-named sources in the defense establishment but the truth is somewhat different.
I will give one example in the case of the Patriot missile accusation that was extensively ballyhood:

Washington -- A U.S. inspection team "found no evidence that Israel has transferred a Patriot missile or Patriot missile technology" to another country, the State Department said in a prepared statement April 2.
"We plan no further action on this question with Israel and consider the matter closed," spokesman Margaret Tutwiler added at the regular department briefing. "As far as we are concerned, based on the results of this mission, the Israeli government has a clean bill of health on the Patriot issue."
Numerous recent press reports, citing leaked intelligence reports, speculated that Israel had secretly resold a Patriot missile and its technology to China. Last week a team of U.S. experts went to Israel to investigate that charge and to question Israel about laws governing the resale of other U.S. weapons and technology.
Tutwiler said that those officials who had leaked the intelligence reports about the Patriot allegations to the press "owe both the United States government and the Israeli government an apology."
The spokesman made it plain that the United States government would have "preferred to pursue the Patriot missile question through diplomatic channels" rather than through a much-publicized inspection mission.
She expressed the department's appreciation to the Israeli government, "especially the Defense Ministry, for the superb cooperation it gave to our team."
Questioned about a reported statement by U.S. Ambassador to Israel William Harrop that he would recommend a U.S. apology in the Patriot matter, she noted that the ambassador had expressed his "personal views."

P.S. the missle that was hanging from the pylon on the Chineese fighter that intercepted our P-3 less than a year ago was a Iraeli versions of the United States-made AIM-9L Sidewinder air-to-air missile [Python 3]

The Python 3 is 1970's Israeli technology (not advanced American technology) and was one and a half generations old when Israel licenced it to China. Python 3 as exported and licensed involves no US proprietary technology
Every air to air missile is a version of the original concept in the same way that a Toyota is a version of the Model T Ford.

Christopher Cox, California Republican. Mr. Cox led a 1999 congressional commission that concluded China was engaged in an extensive campaign to steal U.S. military secrets and technology. "The Python 3 is completely different than the Sidewinder series,´´ Mr. Fisher said.

The missile photographed on the Chinese fighter was a PL-8 copy of the Python 3. What's your beef about Israel selling arms to China - so does France, Russia, Germany etc and so did the USA in the 80's and is starting to do so again. The latest deal is 8 Boeing Troop Carriers. Wrong - you obviously don't understand what you quoted. Israel developed the Phalcon radar- Raytheon wants to co-operate so as to get access to Israeli technology. In the AWAC project Israel is supplying the radar and Raytheon the communication and mission control system to be based on an Airbus A310-300 aircraft.
