My continued prayers for all...

Sarah is much better. Her fevers are almost gone, and most other symptoms have disappeared. The doctor is thinking he may release her tomorrow or the next day. Evidently, her first hospitalization and antibiotics only knocked down her infection, but didn't eliminate it and it worked its way into her bloodstream. Gal, you were asking if they specifically were looking for e. coli in the blood cultures, but I got the impression they were looking for anything.

When I stop and think about this whole episode, my heart stops...she could have died. The only way she survived was from God's direct intervention. I am unable to verbalize my gratitude to our Lord for saving Sarah. Thank you all for your prayers and intercession!
