John 1

14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.
15 John bore witness of Him and cried out, saying, "This was He of whom I said, "He who comes after me is preferred before me, for He was before me."'
16 And of His fullness we have all received, and grace for grace.
17 For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.
18 No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him.

Father God, I thank you for the gift of Your Son and the saving grace acheived through Him. I thank You for all that You have done for us and will continue to do for us if we just allow You to act through us and guide our steps. Let us not be disheartened by the trials we face, but let us call upon Your Holy Name. Forgive me of my sins and guide my steps. Father, I know You are changing hearts around me in my situation, I can sense it and feel it. Help me not to get in the way but allow Your Will to work to Your greater glory. Give me the words to say that You would have me say. Let Your love shine through me. Guide my words and actions today that You alone are glorified. In Christ's Holy Name. Amen

Lord Jesus you know the need of each and every one who has requested prayer. We know that you bid us pray for each other. In your PRECIOUS name we humbly ask for these needs to be met. Amen and amen.

Update on daughter-in-law Cindi and baby Matthew. They decided to wait until Tonight to start inducing labor. Both are doing fine. A small scare with some bleeding, but a trip to ER was uneventful as they did a ultra sound, then sent her back home. Matthew's heartbeat is strong and steady.
