ah...the C141...took a trip across country on one, twice, had to go back.
what a sense of discomfort! And I was told the C-130 was worse!

It took 18 hours to fly in a C-130 from Rhein Main AB GE to Hurlbert Field Florida with a stop in Lajes. We sat on canvas benches and had a truck in the cargo bay so we couldn't stretch out our legs.
That said, it beat sleeping in the mud.
