Bill LuMaye: Tell me a little bit about President Bush and what he signed in regards to Agenda 21 and the UN.

Greg Brannon: He signed the Rio Summit in 1992 that put all the CO2 climate control as law de facto. He needed the Senate to pass it. This is important. Treaties must be passed by US Senate. Okay? What they do is they change it to agreements or what since President-

Bill LuMaye: Why did they change it to agreements?

Greg Brannon: Because you don’t need the Senate to pass it.

--------------------

Greg Brannon: “It has long been known that liberty is tied to the institution of private property. The decalogue codified private property in four words.” Decalogue is the 10 Commandments. “Thou shall not steal.” George Washington. George Washington. “Private property and freedom are inseparable.” John Adams. “Private property must be secure or liberty cannot exist.” James Madison. “I believe there are more instances of abridgment of the freedom of the people by gradual silent encroachments …” The Rio Summit. Things like that. “… of those in power and by violent and sudden usurpation of powers.”

Greg Brannon: So this is what it’s all about, Bill. Private property is the crux, because a serf can never own land. The American experiment-

Bill LuMaye: That’s what they escaped from.

Greg Brannon: That’s the American experiment, Bill, is that you own your body. You own your land. You own your labor. That’s why the Declaration declares clearly what a legitimate government is. It protects one’s life, liberty, or property. Otherwise, it’s illegitimate. That’s what it’s about.
