Empty words from a “gay” icon.
I dumped Dolly when she changed the name of Dollywood’s “Dixie Stampede” to just “Stampede”, because “Dixie” offends people. (If only those “things” were brains!)
I recently met her sister. The family resemblance is quite striking.
That family is all over the place here in east TN. Half the people you meet are related to her — or say they are.

She was in a special not long ago, was it for Christmas? She was singing a cringey song with a bunch of kids and the theme was something like “I’m happy just the way I am”
It was an obvious sop to gay and transgender and I remember being disgusted, also because I think it was a Holiday special and of course no mention of God or even the Holiday.
So I’m done with Parton and her grooming.

however I will play Don’s song today (I was going to write “tomorrow,” but 1-2 min later where I am at, “Happy Easter!”).
