"I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone: for kings and all those in authority that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness." (1 Timothy 2:1-2)

Binding and loosing. To be proclaimed and stated, Out Loud to the Unseen World, daily.
See Matthew 16:19 and 18:18 for the authority granted to Christians (followers of the Lord Jesus Christ, the only Begotten Son of God, who is God):
Due to our invasion by enemies and looking over precipice of our country, United States of America, beleagured on every side, and fith columned by globalists and filth and overseen by Satan and his powers, principalities, world rulers, kings and princes of darkness, we now engage in spiritual warfare. “. . . For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds, casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God.” II Corinthians 10: 4-5
Binding and Loosing
Given our authority as per above, we now bind the Strongman over the following persons, places, things, offices:
Of Rebellion, over the United States of America Of the office and office holder of the following of the United States of America: President, Vice President, Secretary of State, Speaker of the House, The entire Senate of the United States of America, the House of Representatives, the Supreme Court, the entire Circuit Court and every judge thereon, every court judge, prosecutor and public defender in the United States of America, and every state Governor and Lieutenant Governor of every state, territory, and possession of the United States of America, every county, parish, borough and ward of same, Washington the District of Columbia, and every Sheriff, Deputy, Mayor, and Law enforcement organization and officer therein. This includes every staff member and attorney of said office and office holder. In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ we bind and rebuke all these.
We bind in and over each office and officeholder the following strongman over the evil spirits listed in Galatians 5 “Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings.”

We now loose spirits upon the evil Strongman Spirits affecting. and in some cases holding captive, the above officeholders and offices.

In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, we loose upon every Strongman spirit so bound, the spirits of burning, destruction, confusion, and judgement. We also loose heavenly warrior angels to attack and destroy them. In Jesus’ Name.

Spirit of Burning: “Isaiah 4:4 When the Lord shall have washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion, and shall have purged the blood of Jerusalem from the midst thereof by the spirit of judgment, and by the spirit of burning.”
Spirit of Destruction: “Proverbs 16:18 Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.”
spirit of Confusion: “James 3:16 For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.”
Spirit of Judgement: Isaiah 4:4 above, and also: “(Isaiah 28:5-11) “¶ In that day shall the LORD of hosts be for a crown of glory, and for a diadem of beauty, unto the residue of his people,
{6} And for a spirit of judgment to him that sitteth in judgment, and for strength to them that turn the battle to the gate.
{7} ¶ But they also have erred through wine, and through strong drink are out of the way; the priest and the prophet have erred through strong drink, they are swallowed up of wine, they are out of the way through strong drink; they err in vision, they stumble in judgment. {8} For all tables are full of vomit and filthiness, so that there is no place clean. {9} ¶ Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts. {10} For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little: {11} For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people.”

We now, in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the authority granted to believers in Him, loose into said offices and officeholders of government of the United States of America, the following spirits of God (Hebrews 1) in order to bless them and give them and us blessings and rest:
The spirits of Truth, Justice, Salvation, Adoption as Children of God, Repentance, Redemption, Deliverance.
We loose into them the Seven Spirits of God from Isaiah 11 and Revelation: Wisdom, Understanding, Counsel, Might, Knowledge, the Spirit of God, and the Spirit of Fear of the Lord.
We loose into them the Fruits of the Spirit from Galatians 5:22 - “love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance:
In Jesus’ Mighty Name and through the power of his Blood. Amen.
