LOL, this is the very conclusion that Jesus Himself came to (John 14:30 is not about any human ruler). Did Jesus insult Himself? Never mind what Paul said in 2 Corinthians 4:4.

What a twisting of 1 Timothy 6:15 in fact; that verse plainly says that Jesus will be revealed as King of Kings et al “in his time”—not ours, so it is still a future event. Never mind ripping Revelation 17:14 out of context, that being the kingdom of the Beast (ruled by Satan—Revelation 13:2) attempting to fight against the Lamb—which is not an historical event.
