Numerous Muslim men in Gaza came to Christianity in recent days after seeing Jesus in their dreams in what is being described as a “miracle,” according to a new report from underground Christians in the region.
The report was first posted online by author and Christian apologist Michael Licona, who said, “God is working in the midst of war.” Licona is a professor of New Testament studies at Houston Christian University and the author of multiple books, including The Case for the Resurrection of Jesus and Paul Meets Muhammad.
The report, he said, was “coming out of Palestine from underground Christian ministries.”
“Over the past two days,” the report from the ministries said, “we have ministered to hundreds of fathers who have lost most, if not all, of their children in the war.”
“As we moved these men to safety, we fed them, washed their clothes, and began to read the Bible to them -- sharing the way of peace through Jesus,” the report said. “Then, a big miracle happened. Last night, Jesus appeared to more than 200 of them in their dreams! They have come back to us to learn more from God’s Word and are asking how to follow Jesus.”
Licona said the report should be celebrated by Christians all over the world,
“I side with Israel in this war, not necessarily for theological reasons but because Hamas and those backing it are pure evil,” he wrote. “Yet, I know that not all Palestinians support Hamas. In fact, they will be punished severely if even suspected of not supporting Hamas. Let's pray that this war can be over soon and that Israel can eradicate Hamas so that Palestinians can be free . . . of Hamas!”
Christians in Gaza account for less than 1 percent of the population, according to a 2012 report from the Institute for Middle East Understanding. While that report estimated the number of Christians in Gaza to be around 3,000, the population today could be 1,000 or less, according to Al Jazeera.
The Fatima Prayer
O My Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of hell, lead all souls to Heaven, especially those in most need of Thy mercy. Amen
Our Priest in New Mexico told us a similar story a few years back.
To the best of my understanding,
there are 590 Christians sheltering in the Catholic Church under the Latin Patriarchate in Gaza City.
In the Greek Orthodox church, some 350 Christians are sheltering.
At Deir El Balah, another 53 Christians are taking shelter.

Actually I’ve been hearing stories like this for years now. Stories that Muslims are seeing Jesus either in visions or in dreams all around the Middle East. After they see Jesus they end up converting.
This one is the most recent story and this one is coming out of Gaza.
I can only hope that the converts truly wish to follow Jesus Christ and that they’re not just pulling taqiyya (lying to deceive the infidels) on us.
Well we know that Jesus is "The Prince of Peace" (Isaiah 9:6), but how does this "way of peace" square with:
Matthew 10:34
Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword
???
Because Si vis pacem, para bellum.
Many Calvinists (I am not Reformed in my theology) state that God will bring the elect to Christ regardless of they have ever physically heard the Gospel or have access to a Bible.
Big time there. Muslims lie. They are not to be trusted ever.
The Israeli’s have been holding “Come to Jesus meeting with Hamas”.
I do find it interesting in these accounts it is Jesus Who is appearing…not Mary. This would be in line with what was witnessed in the NT.
I say help them meet Jesus,,,,
Sounds to me that you're the one who needs to meet Him.
When this shows up on CNN I’ll believe it.
Just look at the evil that is permeating our nation now and the world. God cannot tolerate such evil and wickedness and so Gods cup of wrath is going to be poured out onto this world during the second coming before there can be true peace.
The Western Left might raise accusations of destroying their culture, and making them homophobic racists.
Look up Our Lady of Zeitoun; she appeared to Christians and Muslims alike over a period of three years. (Zeitoun was also a place where the Holy Family reportedly stayed as they fled from Herod into Egypt.)
In fact, the first person who saw her was Muslim.
I’m not a Calvinist, but I believe that, also. There are some people who won’t ever hear of Jesus unless He reveals himself to them personally.
Jesus changes people.
