No. We are not responsible for salvation judgments.

However, we ARE responsible for being discerning on who we associate with, and for seeing the fruit of one's life.

As far as national judgments, any nation may also be the tool for God’s Judgment upon another nation. It’s recorded so in Scripture as well.
