I suggest you research the nestorian heresy, which you seem to agree with. Jesus is the God-man; His nature and being are not divided. Mary is Jesus' mother; the Holy Spirit His father. Calvin, Luther and other reformers would tell you that Mary is the mother of God. Some things are hard to understand this side of heaven but will become more clear in heaven.
Mary is NOT the mother of God.
GOD has no beginning nor end. Mary is the mother of God Incarnate, not God Himself.
The Holy Spirit inspired Scripture, and identified her as *Mother of JESUS*, NOT *Mother of God*. Words mean things and *Mother of Jesus* says and means something different than *Mother of God*.
It’s only Catholicism that seems to think it can improve on divinely inspired Scripture and *correct* what the Holy Spirit got wrong.
That’s a very dangerous place to be.
I don't care who you quote. God has no mother. His nature is beyond our comprehension. Leave it at that. You're not going to change my mind on this and I'm not going to change yours. Let's agree to disagree and move on.
Which is confusing, for Jesus(GOD) ALREADY existed in the spiritual realm.
