He’s moving the celebration of Christmas to December 25th from January 7th. Not really cancelling Christmas.
Title doesn’t say he’s banning Christmas, it says he’s banning the official celebration of it on January 7th. It is the act of a dictator considering half of (former) Ukraine is Orthodox, and he claims sovereignty over them.
