Serious question: Are those things which the expert class mandates considered to be right because they mandate it, or do the experts mandate it because it is right? (Adapted from Plato, Euthyphro)
I am not even asking why the experts themselves make mandates or prescriptions, despite their hints of a god-complex. I am asking why the masses wholeheartedly embrace such mandates. Because what was once a Socratic question directed at the pantheon of gods has ironically become applicable to our modern pantheon of human “experts.” Faith and religion have not been sidelined. Instead, they have been dethroned from the Heavens above and demoted to the earth below.

If we place our trust in the Lord our God, Scripture (from Gen. 1-11 through the Book of Revelation), Moral Law, and history as the unfolding of God’s Plan rather than in the rising Global Beast and its evil managers, meaning all current Western god-States, together with expert opinion makers, and high priests of scientism and technology, we will be standing in diametrical opposition to the Beast and its evil managers. And as it was for the ancient church so it will be for the faithful today that the Beast will persecute us. Are we spiritually ready?
I was thinking about The Comforter recently and concluded it was all about faith in God.
We all have innate comprehension of a moral right and wrong.
And we all aware of our personal standing in that regard.
If we are acceptable in our own lives because we strive to do what we know to be right, we should realize that such a soul is also acceptable to God.
It is somewhat disconcerting however to be aware that it is the troubled that need to be comforted.
Thanks for posting this.

Agreed. It appears that our Lord is calling His people 'out of her,' meaning the Babylonian world system of which our god-state, expert opinion makers, scientism, and technology are elements.
I found in my life that people with PhDs are the most myopic and self centered people. They seem to believe that since they know more about a small sliver of knowledge that they must know more about everything.
An instructor once told me:
“Subject matter experts seldom are.”
And every day in some form or fashion on the topic of the day he is correct.
A PhD confers a god-like arrogance to many. They then endorse evil as their guiding principle.
It was not the Tree of Life that tempted Adam and Eve but the Tree of Knowledge. And so from the beginning knowledge apart from God and a humble soul has resulted in self-exaltation. We see this condition all round us today.

When I read the above this morning, I thought for a moment I had arisen in the night, come to my computer and posted it in my sleep. That’s because I’ve contended exactly the same thing for at least 40 years! Not all axioms are indisputably true, but in my view that is certainly one of them.

Yup. “For God knows that in the day you eat of it, your eyes will be opened and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”
Yes, but not like the Lord our God but the god of this world, who is no longer the beautiful cherub but something hideous, as are all fallen powers and evil spirits.
Yup. Satan is the father of lies.
3:22 And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:
3:23 Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken.
“For every expert there is an equal and opposite expert.”
I have long held that whenever you see or hear “expert”, as in, “experts say”, what follows is almost certain to be complete b.s., and absolutely wrong.
These “experts” really hate the Church.
We’re absolutely in their bullseye because everything we stand for is opposed to their control.
This is a great article btw..
