The Episcopal Church in America is well endowed with their vast real estate holdings, both in New York city and throughout the country. Because of this they are not overly concerned with the laity’s view of homosexuality. We could all go away and they’d continue with their woke agenda.
As to our parent church in the UK - I don’t know, but because they are the state church they may similarly inclined.
Some of that land, including blocks of Manhattan office buildings is from royal land grants from when it was the established Church.
