Boston, Mass., Feb 1, 2023 / 13:31 pm Mark Houck, the pro-life father of seven who was acquitted Monday in federal court of charges of violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act, said he is planning to sue the FBI and other authorities following his ordeal.
On a Jan. 31 episode of the podcast “War Room,” the host, Steve Bannon, asked Houck: “Do you intend to press charges for prosecutorial abuse? And are you going to press charges against the FBI agents and the state troopers?”
“We most definitely will and we will be seeking counsel on that,” Houck responded.
Houck was arrested Sept. 23, 2022, following a federal indictment alleging two violations of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act, commonly referred to as the FACE Act.
The FACE Act prohibits “violent, threatening, damaging, and obstructive conduct intended to injure, intimidate, or interfere with the right to seek, obtain, or provide reproductive health services.”
At the time of the arrest, Houck’s wife, Ryan-Marie Houck, told CNA that “a SWAT team of about 25 came to my house with about 15 vehicles and started pounding on our door.” She added: “They said they were going to break in if he didn’t open it. And then they had about five guns pointed at my husband, myself, and basically at my kids.”
The allegations in the case were related to two incidents that took place on Oct. 13, 2021, at a Philadelphia abortion clinic, where Houck has been a longtime pro-life sidewalk counselor. The federal indictment alleged that Houck twice shoved an abortion clinic escort, Bruce Love, once when Love was attempting to escort clients and again during a verbal altercation with Love in front of the clinic.

Watch the video. The abortion lover got in his face as Houck was walking away. Houck turned around and shoved him. End of story. Houck didn’t block anyone from going in to the abortion mill. But of course the FIB and Merrick do plan to eliminate any and all opposition to the glorious regime.
Unfortunately they’re wasting their money pursuing a lawsuit they have no chance of winning.
I heard Houck in a lengthy interview last week on the Steve Gruber show in MI. It is likely on a podcast somewhere if you want to look, I must say though Houck is well spoken and dignified and the raid he went through is akin to some of the raids of Trump associates went through.
Why the feds even prosecuted is beyond comprehension, hope he gets rich and the scalps are traced to the DOJ.
Steve Bannon said the State Troopers and FBI agents who participated in this Nazi like raid would be identified and outed. Participating in these actions were like being good Germans during Hitler’s regime. Is that possible?
The doj was just sending a message.
That is what we have been led to believe. Is there a basis for that assumption? They need to start paying damages out of the justice depth. budget.
The Chris Stigall Podcast had him on a week ago. It was sickening to hear.
How so? He’ll win for certain if the jury isn’t tainted. However collecting the settlement may be a whole different story. Either way it is a total miscarriage of justice, it’s got Garland/Jao Xiden fingerprints all over it.
Let’s face it. DOJ is a criminal racket and FBI is the Gestapo.
The CIA is the overseas wing of the Gestapo.
