Safed Chief Rabbi and Chief Rabbinical Council member Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu on Wednesday called on Prime Minister Naftali Bennett to order the destruction of the nuclear reactors in Iran.
"We do not notice, but these days while the whole world is dealing with Russia and Ukraine, an agreement is being signed between the United States and the Iranians that allows them to make a nuclear bomb that has an address. They say explicitly, they do not even stutter, they do not hide it. They say they want to. To wipe out the State of Israel," said Rabbi Eliyahu.
He said: "We must do everything we can to destroy their [nuclear capabilities]. No less than that. Israel has already done this before; once Israel destroyed the nuclear reactor in Iraq, without blinking, without stuttering. Once Olmert deleted the nuclear reactor that was in Syria, nothing happened. The sky did not fall whether there was more condemnation or less condemnation."

If they do bomb it, then does that mean the U.S. is at war with Israel?

Iran has dozens of nuclear sites, and all are very well protected, mostly underground.
Biden (Obama) is utterly committed to a nuclear-armed Iran. Seems to be near the top of their agenda.

I don’t know the answer to your question. But, I wonder what will the US do if Saudi Arabia, UAE and other ME states cooperate with Israel to take out the Iranian nuclear program. This cooperation is not farfetched. The Iran deal proposed by the US will have a severe impact on Israel, the Saudis and others. While many countries in the ME see Israel as an ally of convenience, they fear the Iranians much more than they do the Israelis, and are angry with the US for the appeasement taking place in Vienna. That anger was shown when the Saudis and the UAE leaders refused to take calls from Biden. Such a direct slap in the face is unusual since it shows the lack of respect by them for our President.
All I can find is their request to purchase said bombs, but nothing about actually having them.

Good point. If Israel had the ability to launch such a strike, they already would have. They have shown no hesitancy for such actions in the past.
The unfortunate fact is that Israel must not be certain they could destroy the program.
Sounds crazy but I believe Obama did agree to such a thing. Not sure if it's still valid.

The bunker busters were a significant breakthrough. The Israelis first requested the sale in 2005, only to be rebuffed by the Bush administration. At the time, the Pentagon had frozen almost all U.S.-Israeli joint defense projects out of concern that Israel was transferring advanced military technology to China.
In 2007, Bush informed then–prime minister Ehud Olmert that he would order the bunker busters for delivery in 2009 or 2010. The Israelis wanted them in 2007. Obama finally released the weapons in 2009, according to officials familiar with the secret decision.
No offense intended to the Chief Rabbi of Safed but I suspect Israel’s intel community will know better than he when the time has come to cross that Rubicon.
