Nope...Lower Susquehanna Synod is Fulton, Franklin, Adams, York, Lancaster, Lebanon, Dauphin, and Cumberland.
To the best of my knowledge Luzerne County would be in the Northeastern Pennsylvania Synod.
There are more ELCA Synods in Pennsylvania than in any other state except possibly Minnesota.

Two weeks ago, I received my yearly flu vaccination at my local pharmacy. But this past week, I got a long UNWANTED phone message from the head of my health insurance company (an MD) about getting the flu vaccine that I had already gotten! And—of course—the message said that wearing a MASK would protect against the flu as well as covid! PHOOEY!!!!
