You got me curious... I looked into this Marcel guy in your post...
I would say to anyone stay as far away from these schismatic devils as possible.
Their main aim is to strip traditionalism away from Mother Church, attack the FSSP who saw their deeds first hand-playing a game of deception with Papal overtures.
They have never wanted full communion with Rome and reject Papal and episcopal authority and submission. (See Luther)

I personally don't care if they play their illicit, game of ecclesial make- believe.. but they will take many souls down with them.
What disturbs me most now is the anti-semitism at the root of this breakaway sect....and how its leader Marcel was a supporter of the Nazi Collaborators in Vichy France for most of WW2. That explains alot about the strategy of the development of this breakaway sect... and why men like Williamson and others are products of it....

Everyone should stay away from this sect if they can.... strengthen the FSSP Chapels in the Mother Church...
