Not ALL of the old rite communities will be under Cardinal João Braz De Aviz. :) .

But which ones will be? The only major ones I know of are FSSP and SSPX, and SSPX does not currently listen to Rome, so that sounds like this is really only going to hit FSSP, and maybe some tiny traditional priests?
