I’ve looked it up there and several other places.
Given the time of Moses’ birth to death and the Sinaitic inscriptions that predate Paleo Hebrew, and that Paleo Hebrew was definitely in use from the 11th to 5th century B.C. it would have to be proto Sinaitic or some offshoot of the Egyptian hieroglyphic system.
One thing is for certain: the second set was not etched with Aramaic, Aramaic Hebrew or Masoretic Text with its diacritic markings.
