Aramaic was not a written language as I understand it. Thats why the NT or at least large or it was not written in aramaic

Then again, parts of Daniel are in Aramaic. But nevertheless, that time period of Aramaic in Daniel’s time down to Jesus’ time, and even Aramaic Hebrew in Ezra’s time with the MT that followed it, were all long after Moses’ time.
