I was really into this end times stuff for at least 20 years. I learned a lot, but the most important thing I learned is that nobody really knows. However, if you are diligent, it won’t surprise you when it happens.

It is also part of the reason I moved from my home of 46 years, Seattle, to a hobby farm in rural Kentucky 9 years ago. It was the second best decision I ever made.

The funny thing, for me, is that nobody - not one person - saw Jesus as the answer to prophesy until AFTER his resurrection and he TOLD THEM. Plenty studied it, and they ALL got it wrong.

Much of what is in the bible is like a man trying to explain the color red to a man that only sees in black and white. And know this: When we need to “see red”, we will see it.

You’re right that nobody really knows, but we are to be wise and know the season. Paul even says that the “end times” won’t surprise us. But the exact date and all the perfect details are not for us to know.

I think everybody who’s ever wrote a commentary on Prophecy is wrong about some things.

We’re all looking through the glass darkly (1 Corinthians 13:12) that sort of “know”.
