On Monday, my brother Ron will undergo cardiac bypass surgery. He is 84, and it was just discovered that he has this blockage.
He is rather active, and the doctors were amazed that he has been getting around as well as he does, so my hopes are high. But, of course, God's will be done.

Update: Surgery has been rescheduled from Monday to Tuesday for reasons unknown to me.

Good news! Ron had the surgery today, and all went well. The doctor told his son that Ron will probably get 15+ more years because of the surgery.
I don’t know why the surgery was moved to today again. My information is from spotty text messages from the son.
