This is Man’s world, and man chose the ways of the world over God’s world. It is our world, our domain. God created us and gave us free will. This earth is the result of our free will.

Of course He does. Read Job sometime, and pay attention to what He allows Satan to do and not do (and compare that to the direct acts God takes toward Job).

Also, consider a few things:

1. God is omniscient
2. God is omnipotent. Nothing is out of His control.
3. In the Beginning was God--and *nothing* else
4. God created Satan, knowing what Lucifer's future holds
5. God saved Noah, rather than starting completely over
6. This is God's "A" plan. There is no Plan B.
