Too long for most but try and give it a view. He speaks with a great Christian moral authority that is much needed now. Uplifting and fearless. Matches Archbishop Vigano's beautiful letter to President Trump. This is salve for the soul...

Good to hear. My pastor emeritus told me this am that all of us are racists because 1950’s. He wasn't even living in the country in the 1950’s and our church wasn't even built until 1960. Furthermore, we are a racially and ethnically diverse community. CNN overdose?

Time for another church. Tell pastor you are leaving because you want to hear the Truth out of the Bible and not LIES from CNN.

Amen. I don’t go to church.. The TV Evangelists I watch.. 700 Club and Joyce Meyer.. have sold out to the Establishment Republicans and Leftist Liars spewing racism when in reality it is all about politics.. I pray I’ll find a local church I can believe in.

A slightly related incident from Scripture might prove enlightening. It's largely overlooked but instructive. 1000 years before Christ, the Bible teachers of Israel, the Levites, were scattered throughout the whole area, all 12 tribes.. That was until the death of Solomon and a second king installing himself in the northern regions. This king, Jeroboam was an evil apostate and decided to put up a false altar (calf worship) for convenience sake. What did the God-fearing Levites do? They left to go to the true temple.

Last month I got tired of the inadequate Bible teaching I was getting in Southern California and moved near a Bible teaching church in San Antonio. So the point is, go to where you can "be fed" the Daily Bread, the Word of God.

We must pray for this young priest! He speaks the truth. He doesn’t like to turn his faithful away from the church.

2 days after this homily, his viewership went from 75-100 to over 13,000. And in THAT homily, he called out bishops and cardinals related to the scandals. He speaks the truth!

It’s not a cafeteria. The fellow is 82, and soon out to pasture, anyway. Just disappointing.

Then let him know you are disappointed and why. If he is truly a man of God he can take it.

Fantastic homily. One interesting note here is that this looks like a Traditional Latin Mass, not a “regular” (Novus Ordo) Catholic Mass.

I loved what Father Altman said and I only hope he does not get into any trouble because of it.

A very young, very impressive and very courageous holy man in my opinion

May God Bless him and keep him safe. He is a treasure.

Not as eloquent as Bishop Sheen, but with the same passion.

Just wonderful!

St James the Lesser Church offers two novus ordo Masses and one tridentine Mass on Sundays.
