The left-wing Lancet journal has declared that sexual and reproductive health services must be considered essential and given central attention in the response to COVID-19.
“A sexual and reproductive health and justice policy agenda must be at the heart of the COVID-19 response,” states an article this week in the once prestigious journal.
“A sexual and reproductive health and justice framework — one that centres human rights, acknowledges intersecting injustices, recognises power structures, and unites across identities — is essential for monitoring and addressing the inequitable gender, health, and social effects of COVID-19,” it asserts.

For the Lancet, pro-life victories in favor of the inalienable right to life of all human beings — the born and the unborn — constitute a “backlash against women’s rights,” even when some of those victories specifically pinpoint the horrendous practice of sex-selective abortion, which overwhelmingly targets girls for elimination in the womb.
“2020 is set to be a year of milestones for women, gender equity, and health,” the editorial declared ...
The Lancet affirmed its commitment to deepen of “our engagement with gender equity,” a task which “must be explicitly feminist, intersectional, and global, with an emphasis on structural and institutional level change.”

Hell, the State of California put all gardeners out of work. Our town already is starting look like an abandoned wasteland with overgrown weeds, shrubbery and grass everywhere. The gardeners work outdoors in teams of two or three and are far apart. Their likelihood of catching it is probably close to zero. Keeping our towns maintained is far more important to everybody’s mental health than murdering defenseless babies.

Ah. But our ‘betters’ know so much more than us peons. They don’t consider a ‘baby in utero’ human life. They hold to the idea that a ‘baby in utero’ is nothing but a parasite, living off the mother. Our ‘betters’ obviously have no conscience. But they ARE BETTER than us. Just ask them.
Having worked in the medical community for over 40 years, I am heartbroken at the political correctness that has infected the medical hierarchy. And it is worldwide.
1. If these people WANT babies they will have them but this country has had FREE BIRTH CONTROL for a long, long time. So babies REALLY are optional.
Co-habitating CATHOLIC couples are committing mortal sin by living together without benefit of the Sacrament of marriage. Since they seemed to have tossed out their Catholic commitment, whatever they do is moot.
2. Lol. It depends on the single. If those singles are Catholic there ought to be no need for abortion.
If the singles are non-Catholic Christians then the issue it moot since abortion is a MORTAL sin just for Catholics.
That is, unless there are Protestant denominations who consider abortion a sin. Are there Protestant denominations who consider abortion a sin, just wrong, not good...or what? I don't know since there are more than a few Protestant denominations...nothing bad meant by that.
