In light of the coronavirus epidemic plaguing our world and nation; many have been asking, "Does Almighty God even care and where is He?" Dear friends, in the ETERNAL PROVIDENTIAL mind and outworking of Almighty God, He RIGHTEOUSLY LOVES and desires ALL men to repent and to be delivered from their fallen humanity and the RIGHTEOUS WRATH to come (John 3:16-17;36; Acts 17:24-34, Heb. 9:27). So yes, God does ETERNALLY LOVE, care and is working ALL things together to that Divine ETERNAL purpose on our ETERNAL behalf; and for His ETERNAL GLORY! However, for the blood brought child of Almighty God, when passing through diverse trials and adversities, it might seem to some that He is our enemy and that He doesn't care. Oh, beloved, this delusion could not be further from the truth! Satan the slanderer loves it when we are deceived into thinking and believing this. By faith in Almighty God and His Word, we can defeat this strategy of the enemy of our souls. The Bible states: "For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?" (1 John 5:4,5).
Passing through trials and adversities, it might seem to some that Almighty God is our enemy and that He doesn't care.
The victory is gained when a person puts his or her faith and trust in The RIGHTEOUS ETERNAL Person of Almighty God. As believers in Christ, we can by faith get through the adversity and calamity that comes our way, knowing that God indeed loves us and has a PERFECT plan to make us winners, not losers. Listen to this promise: "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose" (Romans 8:26). God has a wonderful plan for you!
In these last days may we be strong and of good courage and have faith in Almighty God. May we see - with the eyes of faith - past this physical world into the very throne room of Heaven, and be more than a Conqueror in Christ.
"Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place" (2 Cor. 2:14).
Remember, Beloved: "Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you [i.e., Christ], than he that is in the world" [i.e., Satan and his minions] (1 John 4:4).
The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand!
Nobody around from the Black Death and hardly any from the Spanish flu but I bet they had some questions.

God often uses disasters to get our attention.
If you read through the OT, you can see the pattern of God allowing ever increasing levels of catastrophes and all the while imploring people to turn to Him in repentance.
He did that for a long time before finally bringing judgment on Israel in the form of the Babylonian captivity.
I read The Harbinger and after that, I started seeing events happening in our world from a different perspective. One that considers what we see as unrelated disasters as being used by God to get our attention.
We had it early here in Eastern King County Washington. Researchers at the University of Washington concluded when investigating the early cases that it had probably been spreading around our community for weeks before we had the first deaths at the Life Care Center in Kirkland.
For some reason there have not been many stories about the dramatic decline in cases here in Eastern King County even while the rest of the state gets worse. When the media started noticing the decline our State Department of Health said that a “software glitch”. I think that officials are concerned that since we have already dropped from number 1 to number 10 in cases that the billions of dollars in federal dollars might go somewhere else.
But we had it; it spread around... when it was finally identified people wondered less if they were going to get it, than if they already had it. Probably a lot of people did which is why it started going away before the stay at home order from the Governor had any chance of making even the slightest difference.
As blights on health from God go... this one was pretty tame considering that half of the people who get it do not have any symptoms and another 30% have symptoms so mild that they typically keep working and spreading it around. A guy on the Fire Department that I retired from came to work and gave it to ten other firefighters. None of them had any symptoms... if they hadn’t been tested because they had a known exposure they would have been giving to every person who called 911 for a paper cut, or cat stuck in a tree.
The real question is are we God’s enemy?
Sorry for the typos... When the state started releasing figures showing the decline in our area... suddenly they had a “software glitch” that prevented them from showing that the local hospital Intensive Care Units had returned to normal.

No, God is not our enemy.
Isn’t it interesting that the hot spots of this virus are the cities, counties and states of people who support abortion and euthanasia.
I see it as God is telling us something here.
The point being, John 3:16-17 tells us that HE’s not but we as a human race truly are His!
True men reaping what they truly sow as they violate the laws of nature and natures God (Rom. 1:18-32).

Considering we’re the country of 63,000,000+ abortions since 1973, likely we’re not exactly His best bud.
Sin separates us from God. Eliminate sin, seek God, find God. Then nothing else matters.
Amen - looks like some read the headline and skipped the actual article...I was afraid you were going to say God was punishing us with the virus, so I felt compelled to read it and found Truth...and comfort in His abiding Love
Thanks for your reply, yes that is what alot do and make comments. Sometimes I set it up like that to feel out people, but as you read God is for us ETERNALLY winning and coming to Him for our own ETERNAL good in PERFECT love (John 3:+6-17).
